Phoenix Rising

Our clients' longtime home was lost in an electrical fire in August 2022, and our team worked diligently with them and their selected architect to rebuild, with the care and detail of a new custom home. They wanted to bring the outdoors inside, particularly in the backyard where their Japanese garden becomes a main focal point. This dictated the design to have large expanses of full height windows, and multiple skylights throughout. The eclectic mix of wood finishes that furnish the interior space is a reflection of the different parts of the world they have lived, and no details were spared on the exterior either. Their siding includes the use of locally milled cedar siding and trim, with a tight 4" exposure and perfectly mitered outside corners.

Our team broke ground on the re-build in March 2023, and we were completed December 1st, 2023
